My Accounts: Understanding Statuses

The following definitions explain the various statuses for Beneficial Owner Accounts in the "My Accounts" table. These terms will help you understand the Account Opening status for your Beneficial Owner Accounts. For any questions, please Contact Us.

1. Received

All onboarding requirements have been submitted.

This status means that all necessary documents and actions have been successfully submitted and reviewed. Your account is fully onboarded, and no further actions are needed.

2. Partial

Some requirements received, others still pending.

This status indicates that part of the required documentation has been submitted, but there are still some outstanding items. The onboarding process will remain incomplete until all necessary documents or actions are received.

3. Outstanding

Documents required to complete onboarding.

This status shows that specific documents or actions are still needed to complete the onboarding process. These must be submitted for the account to proceed to completion.

4. Pending

No documents created yet.

This status means that the onboarding process has started, but no specific documents or actions have been assessed yet. The next steps in the process have not been determined, and no further action is required at this point.
